Delete your QRGEN account

You can delete your account yourself, on this page or in the Android app under Account → Delete account. It cannot be undone.

Removed straight away

  • Your name, email address and password
  • Two-factor secrets and recovery codes
  • API tokens and app sign-ins, on every device
  • Pending invitations sent to you, and the IP addresses in your activity history
  • Your membership of workspaces you share with other people

Kept

The codes, scan records and logos in your workspaces stay, so codes that are already printed keep working. They are no longer linked to your name or email. A shared workspace you own passes to its longest-standing admin.

Want your own codes and logos gone too? Delete them from your library and brand kit first, or email support@example.com and we will remove them. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to QRGEN.
  2. Come back to this page, or open Account → Delete account in the app.
  3. Confirm with your password, and a two-factor code if you use one.

Can't sign in any more? Email support@example.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
